01Overview
Optional services do not load when you first open the website. They load only after an active choice in the consent banner. Continuing to browse, scrolling or closing the banner is not treated as consent.
Where EU/EEA law applies, optional storage and access are based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
02Necessary storage
The following first-party storage is used for requested website functions:
- cgc_consent_v2 — stores the categories you selected, the consent version and a timestamp. First-party cookie, 180 days.
- cgcMarket — stores the market selection you actively choose. Local storage, until deleted in your browser.
- cgc_intake — stores answers entered in the property questionnaire so the result can be restored. Local storage, until deleted in your browser.
- cgc_consent — mirrors your Marketing consent choice (granted or denied) so server-side conversion tracking (Meta Conversions API) matches your preference. First-party cookie, 180 days.
These items are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
03Analytics
Provider: Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-4HHRBMGXLD. Purpose: measure page views, interactions and conversions so we can improve the website.
Google Analytics is blocked until you enable the Analytics category. The website configures the first-party cookies _ga and _ga_4HHRBMGXLD for up to 13 months. Advertising signals remain disabled unless you also consent to Marketing.
Google may process technical information such as IP address, device/browser information, page URL and interaction data. International transfers may occur under Google’s applicable safeguards.
04Marketing
Provider: Meta Pixel, pixel ID 2069181454028420. Purpose: measure advertising performance, attribute conversions and create advertising audiences.
Meta Pixel is blocked until you enable Marketing. Meta may set or read identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc. Their exact duration and further processing are controlled by Meta.
05External media
The Vimeo player on the call page is blocked until you enable External media. After activation, Vimeo receives the usual connection data, including your IP address, and may use its own cookies or local storage.
The site’s optional translation feature loads Google’s translation service only when you open the translate widget, or automatically on translated listing pages after you give External media consent. When active, Google receives the page text and your IP address, and may set its own cookies, for example a googtrans preference. Provider: Google Ireland Ltd.
Property maps on /properties/, /communities/ and /schools/ display tiles from Carto (basemaps.cartocdn.com, data © OpenStreetMap contributors) only after External media consent, or when you press the “Load map” button on the map itself. Once loaded, Carto receives your IP address.
06Manage consent
On the first layer, “Accept all” and “Necessary only” are directly available. Optional categories are off by default in Settings.
You can reopen the panel at any time using the persistent “Cookie settings” button. Withdrawing consent disables the affected services, removes removable first-party analytics/marketing cookies and reloads the page where required. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
You can also delete storage through your browser. Blocking necessary storage may cause your preferences or questionnaire progress to be lost.
